Thank you for your reply I Am 2. I know this topic of obe"s may seem odd on a qigong forum but I sort of tie them in together.
While not going into to much detail,I think that an obe might have led me to qigong. I am not sure of this though.
As far as hearing energy I try to incorperate it into my qigong but I have not figured anything out yet. maybe I never will,but I will say that obe is a very spirtual experience.
By the way there is a good book on this. It is called "adventures beyond the body". The author is William Buhlman. It is very interesting.
