My fingers have arthritis in them. Besides the soreness, the top joints are misshaped. The fingers are curving oddly and have nodes on the joints nearest the nail. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to eliminate arthritis in my fingers and thumbs. What is the best self healing approach for arthritis in the fingers?

DMarjene, you have a whole series of posts. Do you have the SFQ level I course or training?

I would think that doing this material will give you some good healing. I would strongly suggest doing both the active and sitting meditations.

Making sure to call on your master's energy, and to ask for the healing you seek. Do this after you have found peace, love and forgiveness, and a smile is in full bloom in your heart and on your face. When you ask for the healing visualize it as "I want my hands to be like this ..." and / or "my cholesterol is down to normal".

Here is how I would say it "Master Lin, please join your energy with mine to raise my energy, clear my channels, and return my cholesterol to normal". Then I confidently believe that his energy joins with mine and helps me. That the healing has already occured and his energy will stay with me to help keep my channels open.

This is much the same answer I would give you for all your questions. One could go into sword finger techniques, but I think that doing the level I material with attention to the six keys to success with be very beneficial.

You are perfection.
