Hello!

I just read a book where the guy practiced his qi gong every day on a magnet. He doesn't think the earth's magnetic field is strong enough anymore to get full contact with the universal energy, and he claims doing his standing meditations while standing on this magnet is very helpful to his qi gong practice.

I was wondering, does anyone here do that? Does anyone know what Master Lin's experiences are on that, and if he's ever done it himself?

Thanks for any thoughts on the matter!

Hugs,
Carebear

Aloha Carebear,

The last time I heard the magnet question come up, Chunyi didn't have a lot to say about it.

One of the benefits of the bouncing he recomends at the begining of the exercises, is to increase that magnetic connection.

As for standing on a magnet/s during your qigong, well, you'd have to see what shows up for you.

Much Love and a great week,

Shawn
