There is no practice in the sense that a person who wants to get through materials three times faster than they can right now will be able to do so by simply completing the course and following the system.
If you want to do better--that is spend less time activating, have greater incidences of spontaneous activation, PhotoRead at super high speeds, then you have to practice. But, not practice for the sake of practice or practice for the sake of mastering the basics.
