You can PhotoRead as many books as you want and activate as many as you want. How do you want to spend your time? Sure you can get ridiculous and PhotoRead 50 books a day and activate 5 of them... you won't have much time for other stuff.

if I have not understood badly, the purpose, the vigilance relaxe and the state of accelerated learning are the foundation of this system, is it a problem or a mistaken if I photoread in the state of vigilance relaxe and not in the state of accelerated learning?

What is the difference between the vigilance relaxe and the state of accelerated learning, because I know that the waves alpha correspond to the vigilance relaxe (between the 6 and 7 hz) and therefore I asked me how many frequencies correspond accelerated learning?

1 Prepare = purpose and ideal state,
2 Preview and check if your purpose has changed.
3 PhotoReading. prepare (ideal state and purpose), accelerated learning state, to affirm your purpose and intent. PhotoRead and post view.
4. Activate (prepare with purpose and ideal state)
5. Rapid Read (optional)

Ideal state is using the tangerine technique. It helps you to get focus and closer to the best attention for reading.

Accelerated Learning State triggered by relaxation, bringing your attention to the now (present moment in time) letting go of worry and distraction. Easiest to trigger through a short progressive relaxation exercise. It is the perfect state for giving yourself affirmations of your intention or purpose.
