). Any rain that was produced was insignificant - a few spits and sprinkles.
If several people who had the ability to do this, and had practised a great deal more than I have actually put their minds to it, collectively, I'm sure what you're talking about (curing droughts) would certainly be in the realm of possibility. I think they would have to be in the area of the drought - and certainly, one would need clouds that had some moisture in them to work upon. Not all clouds have a significant enough water content to be of benefit.
