It seems to me that humankind has had plenty of time to develop this
ability, if it is legitimate. That humankind has not says something
significant. (Hey - let me know if you do!)

And, while you disdain scientists, they have at least come up with more
consistent methods of climate control, although we are still trying to
perfect these methods. Consider the following efforts by
