Nice idea, Coyote, and I'll up you one.
First: Construct a baseline. Random footage of clouds in the sky. Determine at what rate they disperse during various conditions.
Second: Three groups are collected:
1)cloud buster believers
2)cloud buster is crap believers
3)what is cloud busting?
Third: each group has two trials (each repeated several times, of course):
Trial #1 bust clouds
Trial #2 Leave clouds alone
Then compare to baseline (of course you need to video tape everthing with proper equipment).
It would be interesting to see:
Does concentrated thoughts on busting clouds differ from baseline?
Can people who believe in cloud busting bust clouds better than non believers?
Can people who are unexposed to cloudbusing bust clouds?
Oh yea, I forgot the most, most important first step:
FIND A RICH PERSON OR INSTITUTE TO PAY FOR ALL THIS NONSENSE!!!!!
