As a matter of interest, for those who would like to suggest that there is no
scientific basis for "cloud busting", apparently it has been found that there is a part of the brain, that when activated properly, actually can be used to do this, and it has been done so under scientifically regulated experiment, at least according to this article entitled "
Amygdala: Amazing Music Brain Adventure ".
Quote:
For many, this caused immediate dramatic auditory, visual, and physical sensations, as well as a very remarkable response to a "Cloudbusting" exercise.
So for the skeptics, who somewhat snooted at the suggestion that anyone could actually disintegrate clouds, I think there might be a slice of humble pie awaiting at the end of this article.
The other thing I found interesting, personally, is that I've been doing what they describe in the article most of my life, not realizing how I was doing it. When meditating, I've had a natural propensity to move my attention toward the middle of my head just behind my eyes and just about the height of the tops of my ears - which is exactly where this wonderful organ is located. This explains how I re-awakened many "gifts" (that I had exhibited as a young child) shortly after I started meditating on a regular basis.
Cheers!
