I have always been a bit of a "dreamer" but since i have been using PG and memory supercharger my dreams have been even more complex and unusual. anyone else had any similar experiences? Also does dream play deal with lucid dreaming?

Many people have said that their dreams are more vivid and detailed after listening to Paraliminals. They've said they were not aware of such detail before listening to Paraliminals. I've heard such experiences especially with Memory Supercharger and Dream Play.

One reason is that Paraliminals open up your awareness. And, one of the reasons you have dreams, or nightmares, is that there is something your mind may be trying to tell you. Paraliminals increase this awareness. Your mind keeps increasing the volume or intensity of the dream until it is so compelling that you remember it.

This could be for many reasons. In the case of a nightmare, it could be a problem that needs to be solved, or an issue you want to deal with but don't know how.

When you listen to a Paraliminal tape, you become relaxed, calming and clearing your mind, allowing you to be more aware of the communication from within.

One of the things you can do with Dream Play is to instruct your mind before you listen that you will explore what it is your dream may be telling you or what is coming up in your dream. Use this as an opportunity to find a solution to a problem or to explore a dream.

Use side B of Dream Play to become more aware of your dreams while dreaming, which eventually you may develop lucid awareness.

Glad you mentioned it. I've been having real weird dreams these days. I think it's due to the paraliminals. My dreams are as you say more vivid and more extreme. I like it.

The other night it felt as if I had a lucid dream. I think I was conscious but now I don't know if I dreamt that I was conscious or if I really was conscious. Heavy and cool stuff anyhoo. I've always wanted to have an interesting life while dreaming as well. While conscious I became totally aware and could bend most things after my will. I could float through objects, fly and other stuff.

This just gets better and better.

My dreams are much more "lucid" since beginning GC and related paraliminals.. I listen to CD #6 part II before going to sleep and always have these super clear.. interesting dreams.. I highly recommend the movie, "Waking Life"....it has an interesting take on lucid dreaming and the whole philosophical question of how do you know you're not just dreaming that you're awake..

I had some very strange dreams recently involving the Matrix. I purchased a floor-length trechcoat yesterday, and a new tie while I was at it. Today, I finished it up with new gloves and a scarf, plus completing my finger-armour set. All-in-all, it cost me about $250. But, I feel wonderful about myself and the way I look. I realized that many of my recent problems were the result of a cognative dissonance between the person I want to be and the person I thought I wanted to be. I kept using Dr. Lecter as my model for anything involving modeling. I was running into serious roadblocks because I have come to define psychopathology as a highly negative trait. Morpheus (fictional) and Lawrence Fishbourne (real) are both wonderful models. The coat is an anchor for the person I have decided to be.

The thing is not to spend too much time doing intellectual violence to your dreams. Rather, let your dreams produce action, and see where the action takes you. Trust your intuition. Dreams are vague, symbolic, and important. Don't assume you know what your dreaming mind is trying to tell you unless you've already worked out lots of signals through trial and feedback.

Kaiden--
Please don't take offence to this question but why did you want to use Dr. Lecter as a model? wasn't he the cannibal in that movie w/ Jodie Foster?
This is a real question, I am not trying to make "fun" of a persons model.
