Heres an idea:

What would be a great thing for people to do if they would like to share or have any available time, and if they are good at thinking up, wording or claryfying goals, would be to make a list on here of general or specific potential problem areas of life, and next to them a coresponding positive general goal or goals to go with that problem area, then a person could come along, have a look at the list/thread and think 'ahhhhhh that sentance sounds just similar to how I am feeling etc...and right here next to the negative area it is a positive goal that I can go away and think about while listening to a paraliminal of my choice!. They could then if need be change part of the goal slightly...ie add a place, person, or situation that is personal to them for their own use.

I know that being able to think about your own goal in your head before listening to the paraliminals is all part of the process but if someone is having a bit of a dull brain moment or is struggling to word a specific goal, then a basic list could be just be the thing that kick starts their brain into action and then helps them to claryfy their own goal.

It would only be a guide and it could be added to by anyone who sees fit from time to time, and it can then be a positive source of information for people. The list could maybe also include other peoples (paraliminal) goals which they feel have worked for them in the past and/or a situation in their lives that they would be willing to share. Leaving out any deep personal details of course! Just a generalization of a situation.

The list/thread if it got long enough could be attached permanently as a sticky at the top of the forum perhaps for a quick and easy reference for goal advice?

Cheers

Have you thought about writing your own list when you start writing your long term goals? Most people don't look beyond tomorrow when it comes to using Paraliminals however if you look at longer tem goals and strengths and weaknesses. Things that hold you back You'll have a list of purposes for using Paraliminals

I like the idea . . . I was a member of another forum where we had something like that.

It can give you good feedback on ideas, as well as accountability. lol
