I was trying to find out what you meant by that question. I mean, it's physically impossible to listen to both your Holosync sessions and a Paraliminal tape all at the same time.
Then I figured that you probably are about to record your personal affirmations for your custom made Awakening level 1 CDs, and aren't sure what to put on them.. Am I right about that?
Let me tell that what you want to do is just not possible technically. You are to record 5 minutes of affirmations, which are then turned into 6 loops totalling 30 minutes of SUBLIMINAL affirmations on the Immersion track. Paraliminals are not subliminals, your phone won't separate the left and right tracks and there's a copyright issue.
I would suggest you take the opportunity of recording your personal affirmations in your own voice - which seems to give the best results possible.
