Thanks for all the replies. Actually, I have found the facility Centerpointe offers for custom subliminals too limiting and rather expensive if you were to modify subliminals every so often. Of course they would say I should't be modifying them less than a year at a time. But I am a bit skeptical of that since the speed of change and situations can vary between each individual.
As for the technical possibilities for layering two audio sources, believe it or not it is quite simple and without breaking any copy right laws.
All you have to do is have two audio sources, either software or hardware. I currently use my own voice recorded subliminals using Adobe Audion 1.5 and play them in Windows Media player. At the same time I play back the Holosync using Windows Realplayer as a mask. I don't interfere with any copy righted cd's.
The sound quality is great but sinse I am no expert in NLP or hypnosis the quality of suggestions reflect that.
From a hardware point of view it is possible to have a hardware mixer and plug two cd players through a good quality headphone. The mixer would ensure there is no sound quality degradation. Again, there is no interference with cd copy rights. This latter solution is a more costly option but still less expensive than having Centerpointe modify the subliminals six times per year.
A few years back I was using Changeworks Natural Self Confidence tapes. I loved layered story telling and each side lasted 45 minutes. I figure that those types of recordings would lend themselves beautifully to a Holosync session. Unfortunately the changework cd fell short by 15 minutes, to combine with my one hour Holosync sessions.
I realise some Paraliminals titles come with Holosync but since I don't have enough time in the day to have more than one meditation session, I want to combine my current Awakening level to the paraliminals. I am not sure what kind of Holosync Learning Strategies has used with their products, but I doubt they are the Awakening series.
