Ok so I have a minor problem to tackle.
I have limited funds and a few things on my plate and im currently deciding whether or not to get the Spring Forest Qigong course.
I have read it through and it sounds like something I would definatly like to invest in at some point in my life however as I am currently a student (im 19) with alot on my plate and not a tremendous amount of money I only want it now if I know it will have alot of benefits for me.

Im a healthy individual, I do alot of sports etc
However I have a few things I want to fix, my eyesight for one, I spend quite some time on the computer and although I dont wear glasses I can tell my eyesight is fading, nothing terrible, but I struggle to focus on things sometimes and im guessing its just to do with my eyes being strained too much, can Qigong help relax / improve my eyesight?

Also as I said I do a few sports, up till recently all I really did was climbing however I have taken up gymnastics, parkour and running and as its a alot more intense than what im used to im constantly get injuries, nothing major, right now I have a shin splint, ive had a few pulled musles (now I warm up haha) and hurt my ankle a few times.
Can Qigong help to prevent these injuries and / or speed up their recovery?
This shin splint is terrible, there is nothing I can do but wait and rest, I can train my upper body but not being able to get out there and run / jump alot is very frustrating.
Also would it help speed recovery from training? ie muscle recovery / growth?

Also ive been feeling very tired lately, it could be a few things, but will Qigong give me more energy?

The only other thing which is troubling me is my focus, I have the photoreading course and have done for sometime, aswell as the languages, but I find that days pass and I havent touched it, I seem to do it every now and then but thats not going to be as good as doing it everyday.
Alot of the time I think I put it off because I feel tired or get distracted by the internet or something equally pointless.
I have a few paraliminals aswell which I really should listen too more.

Any answers would be appreciated thanks
(also just popped into my head, does SFQ increase flexibility like yoga or anything like that? Im tempted to take up yoga because ive heard it gives you one incredible workout and insane flexibility)
