hello everyone, it's been awhile.
I'm curious about the guide program. What is it? Is it like a personal coaching/mentoring situation where I can ask questions of senior students? What if I can't make it to minnesota this year, is that a problem. My only study is home study - I have not worked with master Lin or any of his students personally. Is the guide program right for me?
I'm looking to get more out of level 1 & 2 and also to connect with advanced practitioners who may be able to help me learn.
I'm doing level 1 active exercises every day 2 times for 30 minutes each session. One of the sessions is during my lunch hour at work( I work at a large insurance company that uses snoopy for a mascot ).
I'm trying to do level 2 active exercises 1 time per day for 20 minutes( usually around 11:00pm ).
