Sometimes you only listen to a Paraliminal once and other times for a week. Mostly you use the Paraliminal Library on a as you need basis. That might mean none for a month or more then it might mean one or two listening during a month. Everyone finds their own best way of using them for best results.
Ultimately you get the best results listening with a purpose that's why occasional listening works.
