Hello, me again. I bought the paraliminals. Actually I have the entire ultimate you library because I thought I might need some other CDs to fix a few annoying problems of mine.

I haven't begun listening to PG and MS yet because I don't have time for more than two tracks a day. But I have already decided on what I'll say (in my mind) as a purpose before listening to each of these tracks.

For PG it'll be: "I will be able to learn and study more easily and with a greater understanding."

For MS it'll be: "I will be able to remember and recall easily all that I have learned, read and heard about."

Would those statements be appropriate before each listening session?

After giving it some more thought, I don't agree with that comment about daily repitition becoming ''nagging''.

Although Paraliminals might not be meant for daily use, my belief is that daily repitition of a certain message over a longer time shows your unconscious that that message is important. It turns it into a priority.

It''s the same process by which you learned tables of multiplication in school, or the words to a popular song on the radio.

I don't know of any evidence to the contrary.

Paraliminals are not simple affirmations that one repeats over and over. Without a purpose they are merely entraining. They are not like learning tables or memorisation. They are for unlocking the skills you already have. Paul does not recommend using them for more than 3-days to a week since you are unconsciously telling yourself that it doesn't work by having to use them more.

With Paraliminals every day for a month is not better.

Hi Alex, you forgot to answer my question in my last post. I know it might seem trivial but it's really bothering me as to what affirmation I should state at the beginning of each listening session.

No I hadn't forgotten to answer your question I already said "
Depends on your purpose for listening.

Trying to get it down to one perfect affirmation is like looking for a needle in a haystack. It's much better to answer the Paraliminals or,"where do you want to go today" That is your affirmation, that's your purpose.
