Hello, me again. I bought the paraliminals. Actually I have the entire ultimate you library because I thought I might need some other CDs to fix a few annoying problems of mine.
I haven't begun listening to PG and MS yet because I don't have time for more than two tracks a day. But I have already decided on what I'll say (in my mind) as a purpose before listening to each of these tracks.
For PG it'll be: "I will be able to learn and study more easily and with a greater understanding."
For MS it'll be: "I will be able to remember and recall easily all that I have learned, read and heard about."
Would those statements be appropriate before each listening session?
