Although Paraliminals might not be meant for daily use, my belief is that daily repitition of a certain message over a longer time shows your unconscious that that message is important. It turns it into a priority.

I don't know of any evidence to the contrary.
Paraliminals are not simple affirmations that one repeats over and over. Without a purpose they are merely entraining. They are not like learning tables or memorisation. They are for unlocking the skills you already have. Paul does not recommend using them for more than 3-days to a week since you are unconsciously telling yourself that it doesn't work by having to use them more.
With Paraliminals every day for a month is not better.
