btw, i think it is no need to count for the time, just make sure u dun spend too much time in preview and postview, in my experience that 5 minutes is the maximum.
as for prepare, i think as long as u stated ur purpose and did the tangerine technique and enter accelerated learning state, just start ur reading.
Alex did mention about the ideal time for activation, it was 20 minutes peractivation and for 6 times to let the info gels in u.
