Blank out the newer than dates. That is select the blank lines for the days and periods then set the older than date. I recommend older than 1 month for a recent capture.

The search function is a lot more useful that you realises. I've made many post and this is a good way to get more than 200 of my recent post. Some of my older ones are now more accessible by going back in yearly blocks.
