So do any of your fall asleep during the sitting meditations? I usually do this exercise in bed at night. so I end up falling asleep. Is this an okay thing to do? I didn't know if I shouldn't be, since I'm not completing the full excercise by doing the "ending".
thanks!

In either the level I or II material Master Lin talks about doing meditation as you go to sleep. For the closing his says to rub your hands and do the all the head related closing, when you first wake up.

I will go to sleep doing a small universe meditation, with the intention that it continues all night. However, I must confess I don't do the closing when I wake up. I do the three deep breaths, then get up (also recommended by Master Lin). I then go down-stairs and do the active meditation.

thanks for replying Iam2, I haven't gotten through all the binder material. I started w/ the book, then ordered the Level I course, so it may be in there, just glossed over it. I will try to remember to do the ending excercise when I wake up.
