Very easy.
Click on the "Group Healing Meditation " link, scroll to the top of the thread and
thoroughly read the first post - that is your first step.
Follow the instructions in it. That is your second step.
Click "Quick reply" to any of the posts that are already there (top right of any post) in the thread, and it will bring up a "reply screen". Enter your people and click "submit". You are done!
