Hello,

I have total faith in Quigong and its ideas yet I have had no success w/ the finger exercise. I did the short version and the long version yet saw no change in length. Just wonder if you have any tips for me.

PS I did that old school string/washer trick (where you don't move you hand but you imagine the washer going in a circle) and it worked like a charm so at least I'm not completely inept

My tip is to learn from this experience. Everyone is different. You experience in SFQ are different now, and will be different tomorrow. However, be confident that your experience is Exactly the best one for you, when you are having it.

Oh tip number two. You've learned what the finger growing experience has to offer you, for now. Do your SFQ and enjoy.

You are perfection.
