I have somewhat experience with 'Lucid Dreaming, but I've tried to learn to have an OBE. I've had no results in the first week of testing this out. I look over all the tips people give on how they get themselves to have an OBE, but none have been useful for me. Do you yourself have any suggestions, or anyone else responding to spiral's post? If so, I'd greatly appreciate If you could help me out.
