when you say : " activate in layers" is to do multiple passes in the information that you know or at each pass you will gain unknown knowledge?

when you say : " activate in layers" at each pass you willl review what you gain on the first or at each pass you will gain more knowledge?

You gain more knowledge in both quantity and quality each
time you go through a new layering process.

Also more deeper analysis of the material is
possible on each layering session.
