For the article email me.
When I first started PhotoReading I went into a state of shock that took me a couple of weeks to get over. It was the realisation that for my entire adult life I've been reading the time consuming way. I had to forgive myself for not having moved up the reading ladder sooner. I think that's one of the reasons we experience frustrations. We've been using elementary reading for so long it makes us feel like a dufus for not moving into the easier way to do it. So we play at frustration... creating a big learning curve.
I moved on in about 2 weeks and PhotoReading made perfect sense when I forgave myself for reading so slowly in the past because I really didn't know there was a faster way. The whole system is really logical.
The reason I did the above mentioned test/ experiment I wanted to return to the feeling that a beginner has to deal with. I knew all the steps but was reluctant to try it on a secondary language for me because I didn't know if I could make it work.
The only rules I applied were do it the way you are supposed to. So a book that would have taken me 21 plus hours to read (or rather I would never read because I honestly wouldn't finish it) I did in about 3 hours. Even less time than I used to spend on a book using traditional reading.
Headache.... drink more water before starting PhotoReading or studying. Stay hydrated. just 10% brain dehydration can impair your cognitive skills by 30%
