read and study the normal way. i've been going at photoreading for 4 years. the only thing that was helpful was looking through the material several times. i personally think this company is a hoax. i attended the workshop seminar, made me feel positive about myself, but the technique doesn't quite cut it. i've been looking for research that's been done on this type of reading but couldn't find any by any academic standards.
