I've taught at least 3 doctor to use PhotoReading. They are busy people so you won't find many posting on forums and they have enough to read to stay up with the new information that comes from current research to stay up to date with.
Do the course and do the exercises in the course when they come. Make sure you work with the books or similar books as you do the course. Then apply it to your textbooks.
Remember to treat each chapter of the textbook as a book in itself. Textbooks require 15 to 75 hours of reading when you use the traditional approach with PhotoReading you need to expect to spend 2 to 25 hours with the book.
One of the things you'll discover it works best when you build the information in layers. The habit of trying to get it all in one sitting will keep you in the old reading method.
