Greetings Fellow SFQ Practitioners,

I would like to share a testimony about using SFQ with animals. Recently, Wednesday of this past week my oldest sons Ferret was diagnosed with cancer. The Ferret is 6 1/2 years old which for a Ferret is old and cancer is a very common medical condition for them. I told my family not to worry and that I would work on him. I have been practising SFQ for the last 5 years, so my familty trusted me. It was a diffcult time as their emotions were running high, as I am sure all pet lovers understand this. Everything was going fine until Sunday evening when after bathing Bushido (the ferret) he suddenly lapsed into a coma and his breathing became very labored. I placed him on a white linen towel in my room and began to administer SFQ in 10 to 15 increments over the next 5 hrs. During this time he remained non-reponsive to touch or sound but, was still breathing. I followed the directions as given in the Level II course. I reached a point where I felt his blockages were clear, although he was still comatose. I decided that as long as he was still breathing that I would not lose my confidence, if only to comfort him in his passing. I continued to pass Qi into his lower dantien and lung area. Finally 5 hrs and 15 minutes later and my wife as my witness, he opened his eyes, jerked his head up and began to move about. I checked him again today when I came home from work and he was as spunky as ever. Thanks Master Lin for this wonderful tool to help our Family, Friends and even our Pets.

P.S. I also continued to play The 6 word Chant and Small Universe as a supplement in the background during this time.

Hi Happy Day

Thanks for sharing this inspiring story with us. A real labour of love and the bit about staying confident really spoke to me.

Can you tell me specifically how you treated the ferret? The Level 2 instructions are for a human sitting up on a chair, and I am wondering how to do the small universe on a cat who is lying down. Did you do Small Universe? I find that when I try to use the sword fingers with my cat she runs away. Any ideas? Thank you so much.

Aloha NancyCat,

If your cat takes off while you are detecting or doing sword fingers, just vizualize her still there and continue your work. You can direct the energy traveling around her small universe with your mind or your hands. You don't need to have to hands going up and down along side of them. The same holds true for a friend who is in a hospital bed - there is no need to ask the doctors and nurses to prop him up for you!

Much Love, Shawn
