Fill in the order form online. When it comes to the credit card option print it out. You know how much shipping applies and what you owe for the course. I recommend faxing if you want to take up any time limited offers. We will wait for the money order (US currency) then send the course when it arrives. Be sure to include your contact information like email address in case we need to contact you about the order. Email is preferable since we don't want to chase you out of bed (time zone differences).
