I would suggest that you build your Self-Esteem AND your Self-Confidence.
On Self-Confidence:
Memories for past accomplicshments of praiseworthy abilities are not usually uppermost in the mind of someone going through a disruptive, unwanted change, but they need to be!
To get a handle of this, make a list of everything you a have accomplished, done well.. Then go out, talk with somebody about it. How good you are.. Don't care the f*** about what they think. Do what feels good for YOU! You need that, because you are better than the rest...at some things. Right? Therefore go out at talk the way you want, do what makes you feel good. Find even more things to talk to others about.. he.. That will 100% give you the Self-Confidence you need.
On Self-Esteem:
Yeahh.. Use the Self-Esteem Supercharger. Learn to feel good about yourself. Everybody needs it. If you want to change, this is the center heart of personal change. Changing without selfesteem is harder than with selfesteem.
With selfesteem everything can fall down on you, and you don't feel a thing, Still feeling as good about yourself as you did before!.. So why bother.. Life is wonderful if you have selfesteem. Like happiness.
