Aaaarg. I don't normally take part in those aaarguments. I'm a scientist (or at least that's my training, and has been a good part of the working life). At a time I would have argued similarly to those people on Beyond Human. I don't waste my energy. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. If the teacher shows up too early, he's just adding noise. That doesn't mean the teacher doesn't look in from time to time to see if the student is ready. I work alongs the lines of advice. People love advice, but only if they asked for it first. Remember some people asking are only looking for confirmations of their own decisions, they're not really asking.
Hmmmm, qi is everything. Everything. If I run to the store, I use qi. If I take a hammer and open a walnut, I've used qi. Does qi change reality? I say yes.
Can I manipulate qi, purely by mental means, and change reality in a dramatic and rapid manner? Well if I could levitate or change wine into water, then I'd think I deserve the title of Master. Do I believe it is possible? Yes.
