Hi,

I have old paraliminal tapes without Holosync that I bought a few years ago. I also have an old L&S machine and I would like to use the light part with the tapes.

I was wondering which frequency I should set on my machine that would help me with the tapes.

I tought that 8hz was a good frequency. On the low Alpha and the border of Theta.

Are there any other people here that use L&S with their tapes?

Thanks!!

Have done in the past.. Now I will blitz a light session only if the mood strikes me.

Depends on what you want to do during listening. A low alpha to a high theta does nicely. I like anything between 4 and 11 hz. I choose something between 4 and 7 when I want about 20 minutes of theta simulation. It creates a nice wake me up if I have a long night ahead of me. Use a short 20 minute session. The longer the session the harder it is go get going again afterwards.
