Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PhotoReading, Memory Optimizer Re-Learning the course?

Hello all.

I bought the deluxe PWMS package and went through all the CDs and DVDs a few weeks ago. I didn't really keep up with it at all after that. I'm in college and I have a few jobs to get me through it at the same time, so I just get busy sometimes.

Anyway, I feel like I understand the generic system, but I don't feel like I can apply it to any real readings for class. I did the dictionary game again today and I had better results than when I tried it at the beginning of the course a few weeks ago. I'm assuming it would be best for me to go through the course again. Should I go through every step, or skip to a CDs about PRing a book of your choice or the CDs that guide you through the PRing of Paul's books? I think I should just go through them all again. Is it better to go through one CD a day, or is it acceptable to go through two in a sitting? I feel that I may have rushed through the CDs the first time I went through the course.

Also, would it be advisable to Photoread textbooks for school while I go through the CDs again? If I PR a few of my textbooks a day and keep rotating them, it'll get indexed, right?

Has anyone else had an experience like this?

It doesn't hurt to PhotoRead the school textbooks. Get more books of your own that interest you and use the CD for working through your own book. Use that for Day one of the 5 day test on the book (page 76 of the PhotoReading book) Then do an additional 4 20-30 minute activation sessions on the book. Do that for 4 or 5 books and you will know how to PhotoRead effectively.

Remember to check your purpose and a tip the first 2 or 3 30 minute sessions may feel like nothing is happening then it all falls into place and suddenly that becomes your last activation pass.

Another tip mind map after each activation. This will help you when you are studying. Mind maps are much easier to review than notes and take less time to create than notes. If you're not used to mind mapping now is a good time to play with it. It will be a bonus when it comes to reviewing before exams.
