Although I havent listened to IPM for quite a while it has helped a great deal, it was only after a few listens that I felt more confident in myself and a few small social anxiety issues that I had were ironed out and dissapated after a short time. The issues are not permanently removed but after I listen to IPM and New Behaviour Generator from time to time, there is a big noticable different and it boosts the positive effects of my initial goal
