Hi everyone-

Just wondering if anyone out there has done healings while they were pregnant or knows anyone who has? If so, is there anything that should be done differently or anything to be aware of or to avoid? I am a Level III student. My first impulse is to say that everything stays the same, but I just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts.... Thanks!

Hi Greennc,

I was hoping that someone more qualified than me would answer you, but here goes with my take. In the level #1 course Chunyi said that, when you heal others, you also receive healing energy for yourself and that you "receive more than you lose". I believe that this would mean that your baby would also receive healing energy as well. It's unlikely that any harm would come and highly probable that positive benefits will occur. As to doing anything differently, I would only suggest that you pay attention to your intuition here. After all Spring Forest Qigong is very forgiving, and will still work even when you do things a little differently. In other words, don't worry, your first impulse is probably right.

Hi Skipper,

From your answer, I think that you are quite qualified....
Thanks for easing my concern!
