I think the best way to master the system is just to do it. The more you do it,
the more natural it will become. Then you don't think about the process anymore,
and it just becomes natural.
Some people claim that if they photo-read a large number of books/day, it gives
them a headache or a sense of "overwhelm." Some have reported that such
an overload actually makes them not want to read anymore.
Personally, I think they were trying too hard. If you simply relax and don't consider
PR as anything extraordinary, but just "inhale" the written word, then you should be
able to PR as many books as you have time and energy to read in a day.
It's as natural as breathing.
