I was noticing that some of the description of MEMORY SUPER CHARGER, PERSONAL GENIUS and SLEF ESTEEM SUPERCHARGER don't say anything about side b. THis leads me to believe that side A and B on these particular tapes arte exactly the same. Can some 1 out there tell me the difference between A and B on these tapes and how they should be listened two before study and after.

I also wanted to know if 20 minutes is also suppost to be allowed to pass before moving from side A to B on any tape.

Yes, side A and B on those tapes are exactly the same. Each of the $14.95 Paraliminal tapes are the same on both sides. One session will help you attain your goal. Basically, you can listen to one side of the tape and when you are ready to use it again, you will not need to rewind the tape.

The $24.95 tapes include two sessions, each designed for a different purpose or to integrate a specific belief.
