I was very reluctant to make this post at first because i didn't want anyone in this forum to get the wrong idea or do stupid things. I'm not trying to do that at all. I'm just sharing my experience and wonder if anyone has experienced this.

I can't speak for everyone, but i know that sometimes during the day when i want to listen to my paraliminal sessesion, i have a hard times relaxing even though the paraliminals incorporates holosync audio tones. (I think this is because i try too hard instead of letting myself "go with the flow"). I recently tried using a night time sleeping aid called Simply Sleep that Tyenol makes. I take the dosage and after about 30 minutes i find myself completely relaxed and the paraliminals taking on a whole another experience. I have only been doing this recently.

To share my experiences, a couple of days ago i took Simply Sleep to listen to Personal Magnetism at night and the next day at work the results were wonderful and very interesting. I am a waiter and throughout that whole restaurant that day i had a specific "glow" or magnetism i should say. I can honestly say that i really experienced results with that cd after that night. My associations with tables were easier and more comfortable. Everyone was friendlier. Also to include, i made a lot of money working both of my shifts and everything just felt in tune.

My other notable experience, i took Simply Sleep again last night but i decided to listen to my Holosync meditation program. Wow! It was so relaxing i didn't know when i fell asleep while i was listening, but the honest truth is, is that i literally woke up with a smile on my face. This whole day has been blissful and peaceful. The things that are supposed to be stressing me out today (not to go into too much details) are not. And i'm am truly grateful.

I don't want to advocate anything but i've had good experiences from this sleep aid and i'm wondering has anyone done anything similar and experienced similar results? I figured it couldn't hurt me, after all it relaxes me and i don't over do it.

As note, I purchased Simply Sleep a long time ago as what it is: to help me sleep because i was having trouble sleeping for a few days. This idea popped into my head recently and i gave it a try with interesting results. Just to let everyone know, Simply Sleep is non-habit forming and it is actually a sedative. It contains Diphenhydramine HCl which is also contained in Benadryl. If this post is offensive or wrong in any wyaplease don't hesistate to delete. I won't be offended. I'm not trying to be deviant.

I hope you're also working to use Holosync and the Paraliminals without aids like Simply Sleep. I don't know about it not being habit forming. Breakfast cereals are habit forming as is sugar, tea, coffee and sodas.

What would be good is if you can figure out why you don't let yourself relax and need a sleep aid.

Have you ever used the Paraliminal Deep Relaxation?

In addition to Alex's suggestions, let me add just one more--pick up a book called "Energy Medicine" by Donna Eden, which will show you an incredible array of things to do for relaxation, although it has suggestions for lots of other things too. Look up the ones that tell you how to soothe Triple Warmer and encourage Spleen meridians. THEN try your paraliminals--I'll bet you'll relax like a wee baby.

You say you have been using paraliminals. Have you had a goal of getting relaxed? Because, if you have, it might be that the paraliminal is working...! You've learned how to get relaxed and other very pleasurable consequences of relaxed sleep. Never mind how you learned it, now you can expand from that experence. With the help of paraliminals or something else. ;-)

Simply Sleep contains an antihystamine that can cause drowsiness. I am not disputing the claims made by the powerful drug company that makes it, but I would like to remind you of the many many products that have been marketed by pharmaceutical companies as "safe" and "non habit forming" over the years...best to avoid them if you can...

I like the suggestions others have made, and would like to add the Sedona Method.
