Good day all - I need to know which paralim would be best for installing motivation - positive attitude - excitment - drive and determination for a new way of eating.

We are having to go grain free / dairy free / sugar free and this is a huge change in diet for our family. Also as little preprocessed food as possible - all organic / fresh if possible.

Intelluctually I know the benefits of this new way of eating for us but am having a lot of negative self talk about how hard it will be to stick with it / no eating out / no fast food - ready made food in the house / etc. This is for our son but hubby and I will eat this way too.
