I tried it for about a week. Listened right before bed. Had crazy dreams and didn't sleep too well, so I quit doing it. Maybe I could've gotten into had I listened for several weeks like the directions suggest.

I listened to both last night forgetting that I need to wait at least 20 minutes, I didnt have ANY dreams at all. Last night, I was thinking while I was trying to sleep, " I've got to have this awesome dream and totally know im in the dream". Ill try again tonight, only listening to the Side A cd, and just try to go to sleep after its over without thinking about dreams. I have an exam tomorrow, I listened to the Memory Supercharger an hour ago, and im very confident ill do good because I studied pretty good. So ill try to have a dream where I ace the exam. I'll update tomorrow morning. =)

This morning when I woke up, I felt like I might of had a dream, but I couldnt remember anything specific. My question is: Do you have dreams every night, even if your not aware of it? It seems like I fall asleep then just wake up, remembering no dreams or anything. How can I increase my chances of having any dream, all I really wanna do is have dreams more often. Without this tape I get them every once a month or so, and I had one about this girl I like about a week ago.

Yes, you dream every night and have 4 or 5 of them. Some dream techniques have you waking up throughout the night to record your dream.

It's important to have pen and paper handy. Also remind yourself when you listen to the Paraliminal that you want to remember A dream when you wake up. The moment you wake up lie still for a bit and ask yourself what was I just dreaming. Try not to change position it helps to trigger recall if you're still in the position you were while dreaming.

You're on the right track. Having the feeling that you had a dream is a start. Keep at it and you'll be remembering them in detail.

I almost always have vivid dreams and usually remember many of the details, so I didn't really have any need for a CD to help me with my dreams, but I ordered the Ultimate You paraliminal set and saw the Dream Play CD in the set and decided to use it just to see what would happen. I've been listening to Dream Play each night for almost a week and so far the only difference is that I sleep terribly. It hasn't affected my dream recall or the quality of my dreams but it is definitely negatively affecting the quality of my sleep, and since the only result has been a disruption in my sleep, I'm not sure how much longer I can keep using it.

Has anyone else had the same problem with Dream Play? If the same thing happened to you when you used the program, did it stop happening after you used the CD for a few more weeks? If other people have encountered the same problem but the problem went away after the first week, I'd be more encouraged to continue using the CD for a few more weeks. The instructions say you're supposed to use each session for several weeks, but I can't go through several weeks of terrible sleep.

It shouldn't be necessary to listen to a Paraliminal for weeks. Once or twice a week is enough. You will be able to get more control over your dreams if you make the habit to record them.

So if if it's affecting the quality of your sleep give it a break.
