It shouldn't be necessary to listen to a Paraliminal for weeks. Once or twice a week is enough.
Alex, if that's the case, why do the instructions that come with the Dream Play CD say this:
"We recommend that you listen to one session of Dream Play each night for several weeks."
That quote is taken word-for-word from the instructions in the printed booklet that came inside the CD case. So why are we receiving two sets of information that contradict each other, and which instructions should we heed? I hate to be a pest about this but it's not comforting to have the staff say one thing and the instructions that come with the product say the exact opposite. I want to get the most benefit from the products, so which method will provide that? Should I continue using the CD for a few weeks and just try to push through the sleep disruption period, or should I ignore the instructions that came with the CD and listen to it only once or twice per week instead?
Also, I know the results vary from person to person, but on average how long does it typically take for people to notice benefits with the Dream Play CD? I already record my dreams each day and have good dream recall, so I'm primarily looking for the other benefits.
