I was listening to memory supercharger tonight, and I remembered reading on the forums that I shouldnt consciously listen to either voice, but just go with the music and flow. I got my mind totally off of the whole listening thing, and I had a few mini-dreams while I was listening to it, I even remembered I was dreaming, then "woke up" with my right hand in the air and it instantly fell to my lap. I can remember the dream pretty well. I was talking to my friend AJ, and his voice was Paul Scheeles though. I have been listening to the "Dream Play" Cd for 2 days now without any results except these, which might have an effect on it. The time seemed to fly. What would cause my hand to be up in the air like that? I know that I wasn't really "asleep", but it seemed like my conscience mind was being distracted by thinking about other things, and my subconscience was listening to the Cd.

Not unusual to have mini dreams while napping or listening to Paraliminal. If they take you to a deep theta then you probably will forget most of the dream in this state or be rather vague about it. If your on the threshold of alpha then it's easier to bring them out with you when you wake up. This is why the last dream you have before waking up is the easiest to remember.

It's a good sign that you'll be able to remember more of your dreams soon.

Well, the Dream Play cd is working now after 2 days. I wrote down 2 dreams I had yesterday, and 2 dreams I had today! I had a hillarious dream too. In the dream I saw this gothic fat kid at my school and I said " everyone watch this!" and everyone was watching and I got in this tai chi position lol, he got scared and jumped face first into some bushes. He didnt get up for a while, so I was like "dude, are you alive"? lol, and he came up and chased me. He grabbed a stick attached to my leg and I looked back, and he was writhing in pain, and he pointed to his severed finger and said, " look what you did!" and I couldnt help but laugh.

The other one I had last night is where I was returning a $10 item to walmart, and they said, since we have no cash on hand, we have to give you a Playstation 3. LOL. I even remember seeing xboxs and an employee constructing some lego contraption. I couldnt remember my dreams too well this morning, but I sat for 5 minutes, and I wrote a whole page about the dreams.

Now, my dreams yesterday: It was my birthday and my dad got my a 60" tv! I remember looking in my backyard, and seeing a big box, about the size of a 60 inch tv and my dad just told me about it.

He even hired some animal planet people. I can remember very clearly. They said, eat these pills and then swallow this gooey stuff out of my hand. Next, he told me to watch my cat Boots to eat some mice.

This makes no sense at all lol. I didnt listen to the cd last night because I didnt have time to listen to that and memory supercharger. I noticed when I wake up now, I feel very refreshed, I used to never be able to get up in the morning! I cant wait to go to sleep tonight!

Even more great news! The memory supercharger is working immensly! I studied for exams for about an hour last night, and I knew almost every answer to every problem. Which is definently something new for me!

Hi Quick Learner
Sounds like you might have experienced a deep trance phenomena when you "woke" to find your hand floating in the air...evidence that you were accessing your other than consious resources. I hope it ratifies your experience of the paraliminals.

I find it hard to get in to that "trance" again. Is it ok to be thinking about "pleasurable" things while listening to the paraliminal?

Your unconcious mind will find the level of trance it needs each time. It does not have to be the same each time...

Alex probably will best answer the second part as a rep of Learning Strategies, but I think that yes, let your mind wander...

Your unconcious mind processes information in a different way your conscious mind does...and it is very powerful. Trust that your unconscious mind will do the work it needs to do for you towards your intended outcome.

Wow this sucks. I have not been able to remember my dreams for the last two days. It seems like I didnt have any dreams at all those days. I have been listening to Side B of the Dream Play cd for the last 3 nights.I have remembered two dreams from 12/13 and 12/14 but nothing else. Last night I must of fell asleep while listening to it, because I found my mp3 player and headphones in my bed.

When listening to the Paraliminals your mind will wander. Keep to positive thoughts.

Don't give up on remembering your dreams what's happening now is a bit of a self test. Are you serious. Can you remember the purpose of remembering your dreams. I've also discovered for me not all dreams are visual. Some are auditory. These are hardest to remember because they are working on problems that I am working on in my life at the time. Sort of coming to terms with or sorting out issues in a type of self discussion.

So stay with it and I suggest sticking with Session A a little longer.

Alex
