I thanks for trying to help.
My second book is an Arabic history book (Arabic is read from right to left) does this make any difference?
My purpose:
1. Is to know the history of this duration so I become more educated, hence more knowledgeable.
2. To learn Photoreading
My trigger words:
17 Words my eyes glimpsed during surveying the book mainly they are names (People, kings; wars, agreements,….)
My mind-probing questions:
They are mainly asking why or who to headlines or subtitles.
For the second book – the history book- I am in the day 4 of the plan page 78, I have a problem that super reading dipping and or skittering I finish the 30 minutes with reading only half the pages I photoread. If I move faster my comprehension drops down dramatically, even with half the pages - 120 pages- in 30 min my comprehension is not that grate.
Yesterday I removed the pressure that I have put on my self that I must learn photoreading in 15 days, and said that I won't die if I didn’t learn at all or learn in a much longer duration.
