Hello Sherifelabd. Welcome.

My second book is an Arabic history book (Arabic is read from right to left) does this make any difference?
I do not think so.

My purpose:
1. Is to know the history of this duration so I become more educated, hence more knowledgeable.
2. To learn Photoreading
I think this is the source of your problem. My understanding of purpose is that it has 2 components. One component of purpose is why? Why do you need this information. Why is it important for you to know the history of this particular duration. How is knowing this particular information going to have a impact on your life? How will this information affect your life? The other part of purpose is how will you use or apply this information. What do you plan on doing with this information once you obtain the information? How will you use this information?
It is not a good idea to learn photoreading on textbooks or study material. It is best to find a book that has no consequence attached to it. Something like a self help book or a book of interest that does not have academics involved with it. The best process would be to learn photoreading with non school books master the processes and then when you feel confident you have mastered the system then transfer the new skill to school material.

For the second book – the history book- I am in the day 4 of the plan page 78, I have a problem that super reading dipping and or skittering I finish the 30 minutes with reading only half the pages I photoread. If I move faster my comprehension drops down dramatically, even with half the pages - 120 pages- in 30 min my comprehension is not that grate.
I need to clarify that superreading is not reading. Sometimes people confuse superreading with regular reading which superreading is not. When you are superreading you are going through the book at tremendous speeds usually 15 seconds a page. That is flying through a book and properly done you are not spending a lot of time on page reading something. You stop and dip in to read something if you are attracted to it based on your purpose.
The way to handle your concern regarding comprehension is multiple passes. You are not going to get it all the first 1 or 2 passes. I recommend that you do six 30 minute superreading & dipping or skittering passes. Each 30 superread or skittering should have a 5 minute break at the end of the pass.I also recommend that you write your mind probing questions down on paper. Also understand that is you choose to use skittering instead of superreading it will be a little slower but still will be fast 30 seconds a page instead of 15 seconds a page.
