I think I am not sure what do you mean by textbook? Maybe the book I am reading is so. However, I work in a business which has no relation with history, so I have no pressure what so ever while reading, it's just a hobby.

By textbook i mean a book such as science, physics, algebra, biology,history.
I recommend that you do multiple passes on all books whether they be books you have read before or new books that you have not read. I recommend that you do the multiple passes until the book gels or comes together and you have gotten everything you wanted to get from the book.

I suggest you do mind-mapping on every book you activate. The mind-mapping should be done after you have superread or skitter. You should probably spend about 15 minutes working on the mind-map. Do a search on mind-mapping. Mind-mapping is particularly useful to new or begineer photoreaders because it helps them to use more of their mind.
