Hello!!

Learning Diamond Feng Shui piece by piece... Some questions that so far I can't seem to find definite answers to. For the overall Feng Shui of my house, I'll have to use the voucher to call in for the consultation, because the floor plan is soooo bizarre, there are way too many incomplete sections, rooms are "merged", hard to identify the center, "heart". Very challenging for a beginner in Feng Shui.

1. In the bedroom, what is a good place to put a body length mirror that is actually wavy in form (waves vertically on both sides)? I am number 4, my best directions are N, S, E and SE. I remember Marie placed hers once in her health direction. I can't do that, because my bed is against South wall, to see the incoming flow from the door on the NW. So, here are the current arrangements: door - NW, closet - west wall from the south wall to the door on the NW, bed - center against South wall, mirror - between bed and closet in the SW, big window - center of East wall, dresser - SE.

I can't place the mirror on the north, because it will reflect my bed. The only other options are: NW, right after I come it will be on the left; SW, where it is right now; NE, and, maybe SE - if I remove my dresser from SE (growth direction) and put the dresser into NE. By the way, it's not a good idea to have a dresser in the personal growth direction, is it? If the dresser is placed to the NE, it will be opposite the door, so not sure about blocking the incoming energy flow...

2. If the waste basket is placed in one of my good directions at work, like Health, can I minimize the damage by covering it with a sheet of paper during the day, and when it is cleaned in the evening before leaving work, it can be left uncovered? Or, I can place it to the NE, which is one of my unfortunate directions, under the cubicle desk, but that way it will be opposite and very visible from the entrance, so kinda in the incoming energy flow...

3. When we talk about "poison arrows" from the bookshelves, when are they exactly "bad" that need to be covered? Do they "shoot" straight? If I don't sit straight in front of them, but like diagonally, is it all right?

4. I heard a story that someone once built a bathroom in the south-east section of the house and went bankrupt... since south-east is abundance section and bathroom was "flushing it". Well, how about the fountain in the SE, if placing it in the North is not a option?

In the front-yard of our house (the front door is in SE of the house), the previous owners left a statue of a woman holding a vessel and standing in a little flower-like "pool". Definitely looks like a fountain, but it was never operating. No cords, no idea how to even make it work, nothing. It's been empty, naturally, which concerns me - like "empty abundance"? Shall I at least fill the "pool" with water and change it when it gets dirty?

Thank you a bunch for all the help!

Use the SE if possible. Both the glass and the wavy shape are considered to be water, giving growth to the SE.

Go with what feels right to you here. Without seeing the actual situation, I'd say put it in the NE and then maybe hide the side with paper or decorate it.

They aren't that big a deal, especially if you're not right in their path. Arrange the books on the edge, rather than at the back, so that the shelves do not become poison arrows.

The north is more a career thing. The SE is abundance. Check your time Feng Shui for the fountain, since moving water will also activate certain things in that dimension that can be tricky to handle.

I tend to say yes. Fill it up and see how it changes the energy for you.

Thank you, Kaye!!

Just to clarify - the statue will not be a fountain, because it was never in operating condition, so it won't be moving water. I do not have Level 3, just 1 & 2. So, I can't check the time Feng Shui, but once I pass the first two levels, I will definitely acquire level 3. In that case, is it not to check time Feng Shui?

The water doesn't have to be moving to activate the SE in space Feng Shui. Since you don't have the Time Feng Shui, don't worry about it until you get to Level 3. It's how you engage the energies that matters. As long as you place your intention correctly and empower the objects accordingly, it should go just fine.
