CPW1.... what kind of success principles did you use? Or what kind of focus did you use with the sonic access success CD? Just wondering how to use the sonic access myself.

Sales Leap is a good Paraliminal to help you with being a bit more of an extrovert. I used that one for public speaking and never looked back. I'd also keep using Instantaneous Personal Magnetism for a while longer. You need to remember presenting yourself to others and becoming a different person is like testing the bathwater. You heat it up a little more a bit at a time and test you don't just fill the tub and jump in to discover it's too hot to handle.

You also bounce off others testing your new self in the world around you. So the sign that it worked a little is a good indication that things are on the right track.

They are all normal track. The one track that can be used for sleep learning is the one where Paul goes into multiple stories. Usually track 3 (and track 7 in a two session Paraliminal) You can set these to repeat for a while or all night. I like about an hour of the sleep learning track at the most.

Use Holiday cheer to give your holiday spirit a kick start.

Jack Canfields success principles Learning Strategies sent me a free CD then I bought the book the next week.Slowly I have been being drawn to other great things like THE MASTER KEY SYSTEM, SWITCHWORDS, THE SECRET, WENDI,GENIUS CODE, EINSTIEN FACTOR,THINK AND GROW RICH,SCIENCE OF GETTING RICH, SCIENCE OF BEING GREAT, POWER OF CONCENTRATION,POWER AFFRIMATIONS ect.The first book I bought was the power of the subconcious mind everything else followed like a magnet.Everybody that was holding me down are out my life now good people are coming in now that are more like me I just get hit with a after shock of bad memories now and then but I am 300% better.Alex is right test the waters with me personally thier was something deep inside of me holding me back for a reason I knew I was around backstabbers but I did not know 96% of them were.I searched the forum real good finding out want techniches other people used what they read .This is 1 of the only websites I know that do not sell B.S. products.I dream of one day being at the level Paul were you have to have the phones cut off at a certain time during a tele-conference because millions of people want to ask you question or one of those guys who gets paid $5000 dollars a hour to talk

I really dont care about the money or anything. I just want to be my full potential. I can be really funny and outgoing, perform better in anything, and stand up for myself when im feeling good emotionally. When im not though, I can be shy and walked on by people. I have a few bad people I hang out with at school that I need to get rid of. Is there any Paraliminal that helps you achieve peak performance? I need a really good friend that I can hang out with alot, because I find myself sitting at home alone doing nothing almost all the time when im not at school. A big want for me is to enjoy the world and explore it. However, I find myself locking up in social situations, which is probably one of the most important things in life you should be good at. I crave approaching girls and starting conversations, being more outgoing around my friends so they cant wait to see me again, and almost having a feeling of Self-Actualization. People have always told me I dont express my emotions, which I need help with, because what im feeling on the inside is not always what im showing on the outside, and people are confused. I actually feel kind of sad.
Edit: OK, I realized my flaw. I have been shallow for the last few months. Now I can live in peace.lol

Hi QuickLearner, It sounds like you might be a little too hard on yourself. Just remember it's one step at a time. It's normal when you are a young person to have these feelings about yourself that you do. I know I did! Sounds like you are on the right track with your desire to work on yourself. Also give yourself a pat on the back and take note of your many good points.

the best to you,

Celebrate your successes- like the ability to self reflect! You are choosing to evolve, to develop yourself. You are being proactive. You are doing great!

Talking to Win has been very effective for me in regards to social situations - first session in particular. I listen to it before going to any type of social gathering.
