Like I said in a previous post. I like selfesteem supercharger, anxiety free and natural brilliance. I don't know which worked best and most for me but I went from anxious, introverted to introverted/extraverted. I'm both and I like it. It's not always on at the time I want it but it's okay..

I haven't had any effect out of sales leap which Alex often suggest with this kind of question. So, if you're like me and need something different....

Not long. I'm very sensitive to internal changes although. The changes often come about pretty quickly for me. I feel changed after each listening of paraliminals. Oh, often I just notice that I act differently - speak in a different way, take things less seriously, etc. All tapes doesn't give much of a different feel.

At the beginning of using self esteem superchager, I would always whistle or sing to myself. I was joyful.

How about you?

It looks like I need to listen to the self esteem supercharger myself, because I do not socialize well when im in a bad mood or when im grumpy, haha.
Edit: Wow, this is really cool, I felt very crappy, and not to happy, but now I feel very confident and happy.

Quick Learner, my guess is that you chose "cool" for your "act" because it was the closest to your natural persona and comfort zone. You could have chosen anything (gregarious, etc) but you chose "cool". Sounds to me that you have a pretty good idea of what you want yourself to be more like but haven't as yet, developed the self-image/comfort zone to support it. Decide what you would LIKE yourself to be more of and what you would like to have less of (personality/habits, etc.) in your life. Subtract what you DON'T want and add what you DO want---and all the while, BUILD ON your self-esteem and self-image. Those last two are absolutely mandatory for any real and lasting success! --- Mike
